Most of my career has been spent trying to make complicated work, less complicated.

Lots of teams. Lots of handoffs. Lots of tools. Lots of people just trying to make sense of it all.

And somehow, three spreadsheets are tracking the same thing and a Slack thread became the source of truth.

A lot of what I do is trying to make all those things work better.

Workflows. Operating models. Work management systems. AI. Most times, it’s just getting everyone on the same page with a good ol’ fashion conversation.
