I lead complex programs and build systems that help people do better work.

My career has lived at the intersection of program leadership, creative production, operations, and technology. Over the past decade, I’ve helped global, cross-functional teams turn ambitious and sometimes ambiguous goals into clearer plans, more scalable ways of working, and better decisions.

I’m especially interested in how AI, automation, and connected data are changing the way organizations operate. My focus is practical: building thoughtful systems that improve visibility, strengthen accountability, and give people more room to use their judgment and creativity.

Outside of my in-house work, I make videos through Frame Found about leadership, systems, creativity, and some of the things I’m still trying to understand.

I’m always interested in connecting with people solving complex problems, building something meaningful, or thinking seriously about how work is changing.
